Floridians from around the state will gather in person and online to learn more about Amendment 4 and how we can best take action to ensure reproductive rights are taken out of the hands of government.

Earlier this month, the Florida Supreme Court approved Amendment 4 for the ballot in November.  Many of us worked on the petition drive to make this happen – and it’s happening!  Amendment 4 will make access to abortion a constitutional right in our state.  The not so good news is that the Supreme Court also approved the current 15-week abortion ban, clearing the way for the 6-week ban approved by the Florida legislature last year to go into effect next month.
