Speaker: Rev. Phil Passantino

Rev. Phil Passantino has appeared on Univision, Telemundo, Investigation Discovery, Style Network, & Telecafe TV (Colombia).
Since 2004, he has brought his fun interactive sermons to UU fellowships from Ireland to Louisiana.
(Usually the topic was indigenous cultures & music of the world. Much fun was had. Magical messes were made.)
His world music CD “Keep It Earth” is inspired by the Seventh UU Principle.

As a singer and accordionist, he formed the Viva Vallenato Cumbia Band in 2013,
which performs classic dance music of Colombia with great Colombian musicians.

In 2014 he co-founded a second band called Zydeco Revelators, which plays Louisiana Cajun and Zydeco music.
In 2015, he was a founding member of Rosa Tatuata, which performs traditional music of Sicily and Southern Italy.
All three bands are currently active, and making people dance and smile.
