Great news members! We are cleaning up the bylaws to make them simpler and easy to understand! At a special congregational meeting on December 20, directly after the service, we are proposing changes to by-law articles 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, & 12. This is the first of a three-part clean up taken up by the Board of Trustees and committees involved.

This project, along with the Sanctuary improvements, web site face lift and others under discussion, are all part of the important work of our interim ministry and represent a big and healthy step in the direction of attaining our goal of a long-term, settled, shared ministry.

There will be a cottage meeting directly after the service on December 13, to further explain the changes, and allow for questions and concerns to be addressed. Please review the attached by-law changes and be in attendance if possible. Most of the markup is visible in the attached proposed changes.
